on today's schedule, there's only training. ha ha. i went for training and pt was very shiong. next we receive news that the nationals selection is on next tuesday. today's training is just about doing gym. we did back hand sprint, also known as back flip. i only managed to do a good one. then i tried to do round off into back hand sprint. i didn't manage to do it but it's a daring try.

what a nice day. i just rested the whole day, spending my time rotting at home. watch tv and pack up the place. started to arrange for decoration of my new place.

went to church very early today for children church. the performance went well but audrey lost her voice and sort of voice break somewhere. but the whole thing was still very good. next i went for service. the message was very good. then after that i went to cafe to fellowship with chan eng and sheryl's cell group. after that i went to gek poh cc for dance class and i managed to catch both the dance. after that i went home with eugene and veroy. in summary, today was great but tiring.

today i went to church at 10am and started my warm up. after thqat had a little prayer meeting then did all the positioning and rehearsal. after that we practiced praise and worship. then next was the actual thing. it went smoothly and it was great. after that we waited for the next session at 7.30pm. it was a long wait. i fell asleep at one corner for awhile. then there was more rehearsal as now it was at level 4 instead of b4. it was still great. the kids gave a lot of feedback. then i went back home to rest.

finally i can rest all the way. but i went to my new flat at bukit batok. and guess what, it's very small. think there might be problem fitting me and my brother's things in that small room. after that i went to church to rehearse for tomorrow's performance. we stayed all the way till 1am plus in church going through and pray. it was going fine.

today i woke up early and did my web enrolment at 11am. got to choose the class i like and the timing is great. is day is on thursday. i chose 1pm to 5pm class. after that will be training. it's just nice. after enrolment, i went to church office to go through the script with my other j7 mates and pastor. it was not very good so there was a delay. after this i rushed down for training but was late. anyway i was feeling very lethargic and stomach ache. went to toilet twice. then found out that i'm not the only one and maybe it's the food in the airplane. i also injured my left arm. anyway training was boring cause there was a lot of absentees and we kept doing the same thing until very late.

i'm back in singapore. came back about 2pm plus. after that went home than went to church for bs. it's a long day. the message was great but i almost fell asleep a few times. feel quite bad about that. anyway saw some of my cell members. say my new style very cool. anyway you guys still have not seen it yet. anyway enjoy the last of your holidays while you still can.

hey people, i'm back at the sunny island, singapore. it's really hot here. once the plane landed, i once again feel the heat of singpore rushing in. kai boon and xiu ling was at the airport to welcome my arrival back home. it feels good but not very excited bout my return. on the plane i was thinking about taiwan. all the food, all the fun, all the people. anyway it was great. next we went to ps and shop and eat at mos burger. after that we went to suntec and shop and eat. then we went home. we had a very fun time catching up.

this weekend is so great. i have finished visiting all my relatives. regardless young or old, big or small, i have finished spending time with them. it was so fun. we sang karaoke, ate at a seafood restaurant, taking photos, chatting and playing. ha ha, it was so exciting! it's been a long time since i've seen them. the feeling of meeting them is so good. alot of them had changed... for the better. they look great and they are so talented. my cousin dress well and sing well, make me so envious. anyway it has been awesome!

the fun and laughter, peace and joy just never ends. current update, i'm not performing at my church as i'm not able to make it for the rehearsals. anyway i'm learning some dance at taiwan now. i'm now at taipei going to tai dong tomorrow. then it's more shopping and visiting of relatives. finally i can see my grandpa again. till next time...
